Architect Zhao Chongxin spearheaded the initial restoration, while Dong Gong was responsible for the guestroom construction and the overall site layout, laying the groundwork for the hotel's foundational spatial structure. These early efforts established a robust framework for the subsequent phases of development.

Launching the 'Sugar House +' Initiative and Strategic Interventions

In 2022, the 'Sugar House +' program was inaugurated, aiming to further enhance the site's utility and appeal. This initiative strategically employs newly constructed, compact architectural elements to forge connections between previously underused, disparate areas of the complex.
