Commissioned by a couple eager to reside in close proximity to their daughters and grandchildren, who had already settled in the same community, the design brief was clear and heartfelt: create an inviting, ground-level living space that embraces a wooden structural system, features a ceramic roof, and ensures complete accessibility for all residents and visitors.
